Meet Beverley Smith Grant, the passionate spirit behind Healthy Bandit-your source of from scratch baked goodies in central Florida. Motivated by the belief that sweets can taste good and be health focused, Beverley prioritizes weaving her creations with the clean and natural ingredients. She prides herself in sparking a love for balanced nutrition within her community while leaving a surprised delight at just how good “healthy” can taste. With Beverley’s culinary expertise and unwavering commitment to wellness, Healthy Bandit isn’t just about feeding the community but nourishing it from within. Because of Beverley’s personal experience with diabetes; (having been a care giver for her Mom, who became an insulin dependent diabetic in the latter years) offering dietary restricted options is at the heart of every creation.

What is Healthy Bandit?
Healthy Bandit is a cottage bakery with health focused options. Each product has three diabetes related options: Sugar, Low Sugar and NO SUGAR.
Low Sugar is 50/50 Sugar and Diabetic Friendly (DF) sweeteners namely: Allulose, Monk Fruit, Splenda and Coconut Sugar blend. NO SUGAR is 100% DF sweeteners. Gluten Free and Vegan selections are also available. WE are passionate about offering a tasty, health friendly homemade dessert experience.
How does your product/service work?
We offer baked goods with a minimum of two days notice. Shipping orders must be received by Thursday for Monday shipment. Fulfillment days are arranged Tuesday-Saturday between Healthy Bandit and the client if outside of the posted locations at checkout. NO SUNDAY fulfillments. Monday fulfillments at additional fee.
How much does it cost?
