Because of Beverley’s personal experience with diabetes; (having been a care giver for her Mom, who became an insulin dependent diabetic in the latter years) offering dietary restricted options is at the heart of every creation.

Healthy Bandit is a cottage bakery with health focused options. Each product has three diabetes related options: Sugar, Low Sugar and NO SUGAR.

Low Sugar is 50/50 Sugar and Diabetic Friendly (DF) sweeteners namely: Allulose, Monk Fruit, Splenda and Coconut Sugar blend. NO SUGAR is 100% DF sweeteners. Gluten Free and Vegan selections are also available. WE are passionate about offering a tasty, health friendly homemade dessert experience.

How does your product/service work?

We offer baked goods with a minimum of two days notice.

How much does it cost?
