When is refund given?

Should your order not be completed on the specified date, you are eligible for a refund. If the client is unhappy, Healthy Bandit will either replace the item or provide a similarly priced item at NO CHARGE. Please email Healthy Bandit to start the REFUND process.

While we cannot guarantee the shipping duration, we will provide a REFUND or replacement if the quality of the order raises any concerns upon delivery.
