Thank you for your purchase! Your gift voucher can be used in two ways - choose whichever works best for you.

- Option A: Send Digitally - no printing required, send your voucher code by text or email

- Option B: Print & Gift - download, fill in, and print a physical voucher to hand over in person

OPTION A: Send Your Voucher Digitally

No printing needed. Perfect for last-minute gifts or sending to someone far away.

For the Purchaser: How to Send Your Gift Voucher

Step 1 - Locate your voucher code

After completing your purchase, check your confirmation email for your unique voucher code. It will look something like this: ex. 20.......3a9

> Can't find it? Check your spam or junk folder, or log into your Healthy Bandit account to view your order. Still stuck?

Email us at bakery@healthybandit.com and we'll resend it.

Step 2 - Send the code to your recipient

Copy your unique voucher code and send it to the gift recipient by:

- Text/SMS - paste the code into a message and hit send

- Email - paste the code into an email to your recipient

- Whats App or any messaging app - paste and send the same way

Step 3 - Let them know what to bring

Make sure your recipient knows to have the following ready when they visit:

- Their full name (as provided at the time of purchase or as you have told them)

- The voucher code you sent them (they can show it on their phone)

Step 4 - Include a personal message (optional)

Make it extra special! Add a short personal note alongside the code when you send it. A little message goes a long way. 🎁

For the Recipient: How to Redeem Your Digital Voucher

Step 1 - Find your voucher code

Check your text messages or email inbox for the voucher code sent to you by the purchaser.

Step 2 - Visit Healthy Bandit

Come in for your visit as normal. No printed voucher is required.

Step 3 - Present your code

When you are ready to redeem, simply show your voucher code on your phone (text, email, or screenshot) and provide your full name.

Step 4 - Enjoy!

That's it - your voucher will be applied and you're all set. 🌺

OPTION B: Print & Gift a Physical Voucher

Best for a personal, tangible gift. Your voucher sheet has 2 vouchers per page - fill in one at a time.

Before You Start

After completing your purchase, you will have received:

- A unique voucher code (check your confirmation email)

- Access to a downloadable voucher sheet (2 vouchers per page)

Download and save the voucher file to your phone, tablet, or computer before you begin.

Option B1: Type On Your Device, Then Print

Best if you want a neat, typed finish before printing.

Step 1 - Open the voucher file

Open the downloaded voucher file on your device. Use any PDF viewer or document app (Adobe Acrobat, Google Docs, Preview on Mac, or your phone's built-in file viewer).

Step 2 - Click into the first voucher

Tap or click on the field you want to fill in. If the file has fill-able fields, simply type directly into them. If not, use the "Add Text" or annotation tool in your PDF app.

Step 3 - Fill in the details

Complete the following for the voucher you are gifting:

| Voucher Code | Your unique code from your confirmation email (ex. 20.......3a9) |

| Treatment / Value | The service or value included in the voucher |

| Personal Message (optional) | A short note to make it extra special |

> Important: Enter your voucher code exactly as it appears in your confirmation email. Codes are all lowercase - do not capitalize any letters.

Step 4 - Leave the second voucher blank

Only fill in one voucher at a time. The second voucher on the page is for your next recipient.

Step 5 - Print

- Select Print from your device (File → Print, or tap the print icon)

- Choose A4 paper, portrait orientation

- Set margins to None or Minimum for best results

- Print one copy

Step 6 - Cut and gift!

Use scissors to cut along the line between the two vouchers. Hand the filled voucher to your recipient and keep the blank one safely stored for next time.

Option B2: Print Blank and Fill In by Hand

Best if you prefer a handwritten, personal touch.

Step 1 - Open and print the voucher sheet

Open the downloaded file and print it as-is, without filling anything in.

- Use A4 paper, portrait orientation

- Set margins to None or Minimum

- Print one copy

Step 2 - Fill in the first voucher by hand

Using a pen (black or blue ink works best for clarity), neatly fill in the following on the voucher you are gifting:

| Personal Message (optional) | A heartfelt note in your own handwriting |

> Important: Copy your voucher code exactly as it appears in your confirmation email. Codes are all lowercase - do not capitalize any letters.

Step 3 - Leave the second voucher blank

Keep the second voucher on the sheet unfilled. Store it safely for your next purchase or gift.

Step 4 - Cut and gift!

Cut along the line between the two vouchers. Hand the completed voucher to your lucky recipient! 🎁

Good to Know

- Voucher codes are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

- Each code is unique and can only be redeemed once.

- Codes are all lowercase - enter them exactly as they appear in your confirmation email.

- If you have a remaining balance, it will be kept on account for your next visit.

- Can't find your voucher code? Check your spam or junk folder, or log into your Healthy Bandit account to view your order.

- File won't open? Download a free PDF viewer such as Adobe Acrobat Reader (available on all devices).

- Printing looks too small or cut off? Make sure your printer is set to A4 and scaling is set to Fit to Page.

- Want to reprint? You can reprint as many copies as you need from your saved file.
