Refunds & Replacements Policy

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

  • Fulfillment (pickup or delivery) is available Tuesday–Thursday by agreement and Friday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM. No Sunday fulfillment. Monday fulfillment is available for an additional fee ( Details shown at checkout).

  • If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 72 hours of pickup/delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable).

  • If the issue is confirmed, we will provide either a replacement item or store credit for the value of the affected item(s).

  • Store credit is valid for 90 days, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

  • No refunds/credit for issues caused by improper storage/handling after pickup/delivery, or for minor variations in handmade designs.
